The customer service and one on one communication through out the entire construction process is unmatched. You'll be contacted by the same person from the initial start of the construction to the end and start up. This helps with coordination and accuracy of the sold project.
Who do I talk to about the sale of my pool?
You'll be contacted by our sales person Tony. He will set up a day and time that is convenient for you to meet and go over your pool wants and needs. Your ideas will be taken in consideration for the design as long as they're within industry standards and meet code.
How long is your build time?
Our build time from excavation will take between 30 to 45 business days depending on the complexity of the project and acts of God. There will be a small window before the start of excavation to apply for the permit and getting blue stake clearances.
Who will be doing the work on my pool project?
Your pool construction will be completed by highly qualified licensed and bonded contractors. Each contractor specializes in his particular phase and will make sure the job site is left clean and ready for the next phase in the construction of your pool.
